Hatha yoga involves breath, body, and mind with a focus on posture and breathing technique. The word hatha comes from the Sanskrit word meaning ‘force’ and hatha yoga was traditionally practised as a way of channelling this life force energy through the body.
Deep Yin Yoga
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.
Slow Nurturing Flow Yoga
Nurturing Flow is a deeper, slower, more restorative class with a calmer tempo and focus on passive and meditative postures.
Postnatal Yoga
Postnatal yoga is a style of yoga that addresses the physical, mental and emotional challenges of being a new mother, as well as the aftermath of pregnancy.
Energising Vinyasa Flow Yoga
The perfect morning yoga flow, Energising Vinyasa Flow Yoga gives you a natural boost and leaves you feeling mentally refreshed and ready to take on the day.
Reformer Pilates
Like mat pilates, Reformer Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, mental focus and body alignment. However, the adjustable springs and sliding platform of the Reformer machine create an added balance challenge and targeted resistance for a more powerful, dynamic workout.
